Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking an attentive Concierge/Guest Services professional to deliver premium guest experiences. You will be the face of luxury service, balancing knowledge of facilities with proactive guest engagement to fulfil a wide range of requests.

Role requires familiarity with hotel operations, strong organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate VIP amenities while maintaining impeccable standards of presentation and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA Certificate.
• At least 1 year experience in a Food and Beverage outlet.
• Preferable knowledge of Travel/Hotel Industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the delivery of the Brand promise and provides a professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times.
• Be knowledgeable of all Park Hyatt Sydney facilities, including event spaces, spa, restaurant, bar and in-room dining menus to confidently recommend to guests.
• Contact hotel guests during their stay and offer to organise a wide range of services and arrangements by handling their requests professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure that all daily VIP amenities, special request guest rooms are prepared with the appropriate amenity or replenishment.
• Offer a personalised and pre-emptive service, tailored to suit the individual preferences of each guest.
• Be proficient in the duties and tasks of the concierge and in-room dining roles and adapt to fulfill the specifications of these positions when required by management.
• Deliver the welcome chocolate amenity and assist in special requests as asked by guests and management.
• Refill par stock levels for equipment and supplies as delegated by supervision and maintain pantries so adequately equipped, tidy and organised.
• Ensure a high level of presentation of each room's private bar items.
