Ability Action Australia is growing and we're seeking a proactive Concierge to join our team in Campbelltown. You’ll own referrals, guide participants from referral to booking, and ensure ongoing support with clinicians.

The role is office-based, with a focus on responsiveness, organisation, and outcome-driven work. You’ll contribute to a high-performing team within the MedHealth group and benefit from ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• First point of contact guiding participants from referral to booking.
• Experience with phone, SMS, and email outreach.
• Ability to coordinate with clinicians to prioritise appointments.
• Comfortable working toward KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail in managing information in systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact guiding participants from referral to booking.
• Reach out via phone, SMS, and email.
• Guide conversations toward appointments in a supportive way.
• Follow up to gather information and maintain momentum.
• Coordinate referrals, updates, and bookings in systems.
• Coordinate with clinicians to prioritise appointments.
