We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do

As Our Relationship Manager, You’ll Be The Face Of Concentric To a Wide Range Of Referral Partners — From NDIS Support Coordinators To Hospitals, Peak Bodies, And More. You’ll

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to generate referrals
Plan and execute targeted outreach and engagement strategies (calls, emails, face-to-face visits)
Host and attend events, expos, webinars, and clinic activations
Collaborate with our Marketing and Clinical teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
Understand our clinical offerings and connect the right services to the right clients
Work towards referral targets with a solutions-focused mindset
Identify new opportunities and industries to diversify our referral network

About You

You’re a Natural Connector — Someone Who Thrives On Building Relationships And Gets a Buzz From Achieving Growth. You May Have a Background In Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Marketing, Account Management, Or Operations. Here’s What You Bring

Proven experience in business development, stakeholder or relationship management
Understanding of the NDIS and/or Allied Health
Confidence working towards targets and budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A curious, proactive approach to finding opportunities and solving problems
A genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives
