First Contact is seeking a Concierge Lead to delight clients in premium office environments across Sydney. You will lead a team of service experts, build strong relationships with partners, and ensure concierge services, branding, and property presentations meet premium standards.

You will identify partnerships, drive change, deliver engaging events, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with the property team to understand client requirements.

Collaborate closely with the property team and asset owners to understand and communicate the customer's requirements.
