Job summary

Living Sectors Recruitment – Sydney CBD NSW is recruiting a Resident Concierge to join the opening team of an exciting new residential community in Western Sydney.

This role is more than a traditional concierge: you’ll be the welcoming face of the community, help residents settle into their homes, resolve issues promptly and build a positive, connected living experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Assistant Agent Certificate, or willingness to complete.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Reliable and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents, guests and contractors.
• Supporting residents throughout the move-in process.
• Responding to enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.

This is far more than a traditional concierge role. You’ll become the welcoming face of the community helping residents settle into their new homes, solving day-to-day problems and creating the kind of experience that makes people genuinely love where they live.

The Role
Working Wednesday to Sunday, you’ll be at the heart of the community and work closely with the on‑site property management and operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
