Job summary

Trippas White Group is seeking a FullTime Senior Concierge to deliver premium front-of-house services in a CBD setting for a leading corporate client. You will manage guest arrivals, room bookings, and security controls with a focus on exceptional service.

We value strong communication, time management, and a proactive attitude. The role is Monday–Friday, with opportunities to contribute to site events and staff engagement in a prestigious venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-of-house or concierge in premium buildings or 5-star environments.
• Experience in reception, concierge, admin and mailbox management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong visitor management and ability to create an authentic arrival experience.
• Experience with room booking systems.
• Experience with security controls, lift and parking management.
• Able to prioritise competing demands and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication under pressure with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium concierge and front-of-house services.
• Support guests, clients, and staff in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Manage visitor check-in, mailbox handling, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate room bookings and access control for events and site activities.
• Assist with security and parking protocols as required.
• Collaborate with teams to promote client engagement during events.

We are allabout the delivery of best-in-class experiences for our client, theiremployees, and guests. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a FullTime Senior Concierge role with EY one of our leading corporate clients. Thisrole is based within the CBD and is a Monday to Friday position.

About you- your Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience

• You knowhow to make a great first impression.
• You have aminimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or front of house position withina premium - 5-star hotel / A grade commercial building.
• You haveexperience in reception & concierge services, admin & mailboxmanagement.
• You areproficient in the use of Microsoft office products.
• You havestrong experience in visitor management & creating an authentic arrival experience.
• You haveprevious experience with a room booking management system.
• You haveprevious experience in security controls, lift & parking management.
• You willmanage your time efficiently and be able to prioritise competing demands.
• You are anexcellent communicator and can relate effectively with clients and the wider team whenunder pressure.
• You arewilling to take direction and open to learning new skills.
• You aremotivated to promote and engage clients around event & site activities.
