Job summary

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas is seeking a dedicated Concierge to elevate guest experiences at our Noosa Heads property. You will provide personalised assistance, offer local insights, and coordinate with departments to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking ability, and knowledge of the Noosa area. A valid driver’s license for onsite buggy operations is preferred, with a rotating shift pattern including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to learn local knowledge quickly to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Foster genuine connections with guests and make them feel valued.
• Assist guests with transport, luggage storage, parking and valet services.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Offer expert recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Promote seamless communication among departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance).
