Job summary

Park & Cove in Noosa, part of Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver seamless service in a vibrant F&B setting. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, hands-on during peak hours.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff to maintain service standards.
• Manage budgets, rostering, costs and revenue through pricing and inventory.
• Stay informed on trends in F&B and hospitality.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on menus, wine lists and beverages.
