Seed Heritage is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Mackay Store to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience with a sophisticated approach to sales and product knowledge.

Work with the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration, while driving operational excellence and rostering. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced fashion retail store.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Attention to detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Experience handling large stock volumes and stock control.

Responsabilités

• Assist in driving a customer-focused culture and create a memorable experience with every interaction.
• Support the Store Manager with mentoring and training of the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Assist with rosters and back-of-house administration.
• Sunday to Thursday roster.

Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

• Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.

• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
• Sunday to Thursday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
