Job summary

Seed Heritage is expanding its presence with Myer Chermside, seeking a Concession Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will drive sales, coach staff and manage rosters within the concession, partnering closely with Brandbank and Myer teams to realise growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, strong leadership, a flair for styling and a proven ability to drive sales while controlling budgets and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate and mentor.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Eye for detail with passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Experience in driving sales, wage targets and KPI's within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Roster Tuesday to Saturday.

THE ROLE
