Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a Cluster Store Manager to lead our brand-new Mackay concept store and concession pads, driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. You will deliver an elevated customer experience through sales knowledge and relationship-building across our Brandbank Group brands.

You will mentor the team, work with State Leadership to maximize profitability, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• Strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
