Job summary

Seed Heritage, part of Brandbank Group, is expanding within Myer Chermside and seeks a Concession Manager to lead a small team with strong customer focus. You will drive sales, coach staff, and manage rosters while delivering an elevated in-store experience across Brandbank Group brands.

You will lead with fashion-forward product knowledge, build lasting customer relationships and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic retail partnership with Myer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to mentor a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Eye for detail with passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPI’s.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead our Myer Chermside pad.
