Job summary

MSS Security in Canberra is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to support the Compliance, Innovations & Service Excellence Manager. You will deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and help maintain robust compliance processes.

You will coordinate registers, support dashboards and reports, monitor milestones, and drive timely action. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, governance or assurance with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail with maintaining registers and supporting documentation.
• Experience supporting audits, tracking findings and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain compliance registers, trackers, action logs and supporting documentation.
• Monitor compliance requirements, milestones and due dates to keep actions on track.
• Proactively follow up outstanding actions and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely completion.
• Track audit findings and corrective actions, ensuring follow up is completed.
• Assist with preparation of compliance dashboards, reports and insights.
• Build relationships across HSE, Training and other stakeholders when compliance overlaps.
