Mallee Accommodation & Support Program (MASP) is seeking a resilient Complex Case Manager to join our Placement & Support team in Mildura, Victoria. Formación

• Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Social Science or other relevant tertiary studies.
• Experience delivering case management services to children, young people and families with complex needs.
• Proven ability to manage challenging situations and achieve positive client outcomes.
• Knowledge of child development, family functioning and trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to apply therapeutic, strengths-based and client-centred approaches in practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to MASP's values and client-centred approach.
