Job summary

The role involves supervision of team members, travel in regional Victoria, and flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of social justice and understanding of complex family dynamics.
• Ability to collaborate with the Team Manager to strengthen case practice.
• Provide guidance in developing plans to ensure safety, stability and development of children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve risk assessment and analysis.
• Provide case planning advice and support to others.
• Lead planning, review and management of issues in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
