Job summary

Catholic Healthcare in Kogarah is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join Bethlehem House. We offer a variety of shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights with a competitive casual pay rate and not-for-profit benefits.

You will assist residents with personal care, support daily activities, follow care plans with our clinical team, maintain documentation and deliver compassionate service to families and the community.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Willingness to apply for Police Check and NDIS clearance
• Kind heart with passion for providing high-quality elderly care
• Reliable team player with safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing)
• Support day-to-day tasks (eating, social activities)
• Follow care plans with clinical team
• Maintain documentation and resident wellbeing
