Job summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our team in a home-like, supportive environment across NSW and QLD. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon and night duties to suit different schedules.

You will assist residents with personal care, daily tasks, and follow care plans in collaboration with our clinical team while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering compassionate, high-quality service to families and the community.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain high care standards.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
• Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
• Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
• Providing high quality service to families and the community
