Job summary

Catholic Healthcare in Kirrawee is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join Percy Miles on casual shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights. We provide a supportive, home‑like environment with a not‑for‑profit model and tax benefits.

You will assist with personal care, support meals and social activities, follow care plans with the clinical team, maintain documentation and provide high‑quality service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassion for elderly care.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Willingness to apply for Police Check and NDIS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as showering and dressing.
• Support day-to-day tasks including meals and social activities.
• Work with clinical team to ensure care plans are followed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to residents’ health and wellbeing.
