Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
• Demonstrated empathy and genuine passion for high-quality elderly care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing.
• Supporting day-to-day tasks including eating and social activities.
• Collaborating with clinical team to ensure care plans are followed.
• Maintaining documentation and contributing to residents' health and wellbeing.
• Providing high-quality service to families and the community.
