Job summary

Jones Radiology is seeking a Medical Receptionist for its Kurralta Park clinic, delivering a welcoming patient experience in our oncology radiology service. You will greet patients, handle bookings and administration, and help keep the clinic running smoothly with professional, empathetic service.

This part-time role runs Wednesday to Friday, with opportunities to support other clinics in the region after training. Comprehensive paid training is provided to help you feel confident and supported.

Qualifications

• Available to work Wednesday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 6:45am – 6:30pm.
• Friendly and professional with a passion for patient care.
• Experience in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communicator who can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Team player who supports patients and colleagues.
• Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
• Resilient and composed under pressure in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and manage reception duties, appointment bookings, and patient administration.
