Job summary

Jones Radiology in Adelaide is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to welcome patients, handle reception duties, book appointments and manage patient administration at our Calvary Adelaide clinic, one of the group\'s largest private hospital locations.

You will join a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, work four days per week on a rotating roster between 6am and 9pm, and provide essential front-desk services across related clinics as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service.
• Healthcare exposure is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings, and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient. Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role.

Once fully trained, this role will also provide support to other clinics, including SAHMRI, AWI, and Kurralta Park.

About You

• Available to work four days per week and willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and 9pm, Monday to Thursday.
• Friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about patient care.
• Experienced in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communicator who can multitask, stay organised and handle a busy environment with ease.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
• A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
• Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
