Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) to provide direct, person-centred daily living support in a residential aged care setting.

You will work with a household team, follow individual care plans, uphold resident dignity, and contribute to a compassionate Heartprint culture. Certificate III/IV in aged care and 6+ months experience preferred; AutumnCare knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Direct care and daily living support in a residential aged care setting.
• Ability to work as part of a household team respecting residents’ choices and dignity.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
