Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a part-time Personal Care Assistant to join our living support team. You will assist residents with daily living, support routines, and help create a welcoming, respectful environment.

You’ll work night shifts as required, bring a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, strong communication, and a commitment to person-centered care. Experience with dementia, record-keeping, and the Autumn Care system is valued, along with NDIA Worker

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care required.
• 6+ months in residential aged care, dementia experience preferred.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including nights.
• Must understand resident rights and follow care plans.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support residents with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with household team to maintain safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records using Autumn Care or similar software.
