Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore, part of St Vincent’s Health Australia, seeks Living Support Partners (Personal Care Assistants) to provide direct care for residents in a household setting on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Role requires Certificate III or IV in IS/Aged Care, 6 months+ aged care experience (dementia care preferred), and flexibility for night shifts. NDIA Worker Screening Check is mandatory; Autumn Care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check mandatory.
• 6 months+ residential aged care experience preferred (dementia care).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with daily living activities.
• Support residents to follow their care plans and routines.
• Act as a household team member within the designated 'household'.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
