St Vincent's Care Services – Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Permanent Personal Care Assistant (Living Support Partners) to join our dedicated team. You will support residents with compassionate, person-centred care, aligned to our Heartprint model of wellbeing and independence.

We are committed to providing excellent care, with structured rosters, salary packaging options and a supportive not-for-profit Catholic employer. Training, uniforms, and staff wellbeing resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential (required).
• 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
