Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications is essential.
• 6 months+ experience in a similar residential aged care role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience with AutumnCare or similar software and ability to maintain accurate records.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
