Job summary

Danny Met Sally Pty Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team serving a SIL home in Ballarat and community settings. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities in a person-centred way.

We value integrity, empathy and a commitment to meaningful, respectful support. Mandatory checks include NDIS screening, first aid, and a valid driver's license with insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker.
• Certificate III in Disability or relatable qualification.
• Experience with complex Psychosocial Disabilities.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (5 Years Validity).
• Driver’s Licence & Comprehensively Insured Car.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Manual Handling Certificate (12 Months Validity) or willing to obtain.
• Medication Assessment Certificate (12 Months Validity) or willing to obtain.
• Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living needs and personal care.
• Provide in-home support, social engagement and community participation.
• Deliver person-centred care tailored to each client’s goals and preferences.
• Uphold safety and quality standards across shifts.
