Job summary

Danny Met Sally Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the Serpentine area, delivering truly quality, individualised support to clients with a disability.

We value integrity, empathy, creativity and mindfulness, and require 12 months+ experience, Certificate III in Disability, a valid driver's license, and up-to-date First Aid & CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability or related field.
• 12+ months experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Driver’s Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training).
• Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training).
• Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) experience is favourable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualised support to clients in the Serpentine area.
• Maintain a flexible roster and adapt to mornings, afternoons, weekends and overnights.

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:

• Male
• Support Workers only required
• 12 months or more experience as a Disability Support Worker.
