Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer (Domestic) to support clients in Coolum Beach and surrounding areas. You will travel to clients’ homes, provide daily living assistance, meal prep, cleaning and transportation to appointments, enabling independence and improved quality of life.

Essential qualifications include a valid Australian driver’s licence, a roadworthy insured vehicle for work and comfort with using smartphones or tablets.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work - Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients in their homes
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation and laundry
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
