Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic to support clients in Caloundra, Coolum Beach and surrounding areas, traveling between homes to assist with daily activities and domestic tasks to boost independence and quality of life.

You will need a valid Australian Driver’s Licence, a roadworthy vehicle, and comfort with smartphones and laptops. Remuneration is $34.50 per hour plus Super, salary packaging options, allowances and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work - Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting with clients within their homes to support daily activities
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry and ironing
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
