BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to deliver compassionate in-home support to clients in Coolum Beach and surrounding areas. You will spend time on the road visiting clients, assisting with daily living tasks and supporting their independence in their homes.

The role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, a valid drivers licence, and a roadworthy vehicle. You will work with care plans, participate in community activities, and contribute to high-quality home care services.

Competenze

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
• Roadworthy and insured vehicle (Third Party Property minimum) to use for work is essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home personal care to clients in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities including showering, meal prep, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
• Follow individual Care Plans and support with community based activities.
• Assist with transportation, shopping and appointments.
