BlueCare in Caboolture and surrounding areas is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities, personal care and mobility, and accompanying them on appointments and shopping.

You will travel between visits, follow individual care plans, and reflect BlueCare's focus on dignity and independence. Certificate III in Aged Care and a valid Australian driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
• Vehicle that is roadworthy and insured for work use is essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance to clients living in the community.
• Support clients with daily activities, including showering, meal prep, cleaning, laundry and ironing.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and community activities.
• Follow individualised Care Plans and assist with shopping and social/recreational activities.
