Job summary

Creative Support is seeking caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to two service users in Wellinborough. You will liaise with district nurses and health professionals, carrying out identified tasks with an outcome-focused approach to meet changing needs.

The role includes medication assistance and helping the service user with activities within the community. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with travel to clients’ homes in the community, plus training toward a

Qualifications

• No Previous Experience Needed
• Training provided to earn QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care
• Full time and part time roles offered; sleep-in shifts available

Responsibilities

• Provision of personal care to service users in their own homes
• Provide support to individuals with cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration as directed by health professionals
• Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
• Work to reduce loneliness and assist service users to engage in community activities where possible
