Job summary

Country Care Support Services in Camperdown, VIC, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred in-home and community-based support across children, adults and older people.

You'll help with daily living, personal care, transportation and companionship, following individual plans and promoting dignity, choice and independence within participants' homes and communities.

• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Hold or be willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Current First Aid and CPR, Current Australian driver's licence, Reliable and appropriately insured vehicle, NDIS Worker Orientation Module
