Job summary

Calvary Care seeks a compassionate Support Worker to assist aged, disability and high needs clients with activities of daily living at home and in the community.

You will provide Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care, following detailed care plans and client instructions. Roles include visiting multiple clients, typically short visits, with flexibility across schedules and locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring roles is preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Our Support Workers must enjoy working with people and preferably have previous caring experience
• Our Support Worker vacancies have a minimum qualification requirement of a Certificate III in Aged Care
• Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself
• Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
