Qualifications

• You will be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with clients and families.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and a current CPR/First Aid certification are required.
• An unrestricted Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are essential.
• Valid police check clearance and ability to transport clients safely.
• Proficient with smartphone technology and apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist with home tasks: cleaning, showering, dressing, food prep and transport.
• Provide continence support and medication assistance as needed.
• Develop genuine connections to support clients’ wellbeing at home.
• Support weekly social activities in community settings when applicable.
