Challenge Community Services in Coffs Harbour invites compassionate Support Workers to join Accommodation Services on a casual basis. You will assist clients with high support needs, including those requiring medical support, promoting dignity and independence in shared living settings.

Role includes personal care, daily living tasks, and fostering autonomy, with ongoing training and a flexible roster that includes sleepovers. A current NSW WWCC and NDIA knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• Experience supporting high-needs disability clients.
• Confidence in manual handling and use of aids.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook).
• Current Driver’s Licence and required checks.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of NDIA processes.
