Job summary

Creative Support is seeking caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to two service users in Wellinborough. You will liaise with district nurses and health professionals, carrying out identified tasks with an outcome-focused approach to meet changing needs.

Job description

We are looking for caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to two service users with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs, based in Wellinborough.

Staff will liaise with the district nurses and health professionals to carry out all identified social care tasks and healthcare takes assigned by them, whilst ensuring and outcome-focused service which is responsive to individuals changing needs. This service user will need assistance with medication and shaving, but you will also be involved with supporting them with activities within the community, as they love to go shopping and being out and about.

Male Support Worker Duties:
