Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Community Physiotherapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. You will deliver person-centred care across home and community settings, building strong connections with clients while working within a supportive, structured organisation.

We offer a company vehicle, flexible 4-5 day week, weekly mentoring, CPD allowance, and staff discounts. AHPRA registration and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with full Australian working rights.
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Experience in community, in-home, or NDIS settings desirable.
• Current driver’s licence (vehicle provided).
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening checks required/eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, person-centred physiotherapy care.
• Deliver in-home and community-based appointments on a Monday–Friday roster.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients.
• Help improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Due to ongoing growth Team Rehab Solutions, part of the Sports & Spinal Group, is seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in the Sunshine Coast.
About the Role
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who:

• Is driven to build genuine, long-term connections with patients and deliver holistic, person-centred care
• Enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, including in-home and community-based appointments (NDIS & Home Care clients)
• Is confident managing their own schedule and enjoys autonomy across a Monday-Friday roster

Requirements

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with full Australian working rights
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Experience in community, in-home, or NDIS settings highly desirable
• Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
• Current or Eligibility to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current or Eligibility to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check (Disability Worker Screening)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
