Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions, part of the Sports & Spinal Group, is seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will deliver in-home and community-based care, build lasting patient relationships, and work within a multidisciplinary group to enhance mobility and quality of life.

We offer full-time or 4–5 days per week, weekly mentoring, a $2,000 CPD allowance, and strong admin support in a supportive environment for professional growth.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with full Australian working rights.
• Experience working in community, in-home, or NDIS settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and community-based physiotherapy services on a Monday–Friday roster.
• Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and provide holistic, person-centred care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client mobility and wellbeing.
• Support clients in their homes and local environments through personalised care.

Due to ongoing growth Team Rehab Solutions, part of the Sports & Spinal Group, is seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who:

• Is driven to build genuine, long-term connections with patients and deliver holistic, person-centred care
• Enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, including in-home and community-based appointments (NDIS & Home Care clients)
• Is confident managing their own schedule and enjoys autonomy across a Monday-Friday roster

Requirements

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with full Australian working rights
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Experience in community, in-home, or NDIS settings highly desirable
• Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
• Current or Eligibility to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current or Eligibility to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check (Disability Worker Screening)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
