New Care Services Ltd is seeking Domestic Assistants and Personal Care Workers to join our growing team across Byron Bay and surrounding regions. We welcome both experienced and entry-level applicants, with a Certificate III in Individual Support preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, cleaning, or aged care is desirable.
• Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Domestic Assistant: general household cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas; assist with shopping, bills, laundry, and organisation; maintain safety and records.
• Personal Care Worker: assist with showering, dressing, grooming, mobility; meal preparation; support community access and social engagement; provide companionship and wellbeing.
