Job summary

My Guardian is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Carers in Mullumbimby, NSW. You will provide person-centred care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their own homes, helping them live with dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include domestic tasks, health monitoring, and accurate record-keeping. A valid First Aid Certificate, NDIS/Police checks, and flexibility to work shifts are preferred. Sponsorship and permanent opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping and social activities.
• Ability to accurately document services provided and complete reports as required.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce loneliness.
• Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Monitor and record changes in clients’ health or behaviour and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure dignity, privacy and safeguarding at all times.
