Job summary

BlueWave Living on the NSW Central Coast is seeking compassionate Night Shift Care Assistants to join our not-for-profit team. You will provide personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and follow care plans with dignity and respect.

We welcome applicants with a Cert III in Aged Care; experience is preferred but not essential. The role offers flexible night shifts (Mon-Sun) and opportunities for training, mentorship, and employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Aged Care welcomed; experience preferred but not essential.
• Night shift role with flexible hours (Mon-Sun) on the Central Coast.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with daily activities and routines.
• Follow individual care plans and document care as required.
