St Andrews Byron Lodge in Byron Bay NSW is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker for casual night duty shifts. You'll deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support, working under RN supervision in a friendly, not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential.
- Previous experience in aged care – preferred.
- Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing.
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health.
- Current work rights in Australia – required.
- A Police Check will be conducted by the organisation on your behalf.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
