Job summary

Estia Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our aged care homes across Australia. You will assist with daily living, meals, mobility and personal care while working with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and have time spent working as a caregiver or in a similar role. Strong communication, documentation and computer skills are essential for accurate records and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected
