Job summary

Estia Health is seeking compassionate care staff to join our respected aged care community. You will work across our homes to support daily living, health monitoring and activity for residents, while collaborating with a dedicated team to meet individual needs.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a genuine desire to enrich residents' lives. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required, with prior care experience and solid documentation skills highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are essential.
• Pass required background checks for employment.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team.
• Help keep residents physically and mentally active.
• Assist with health monitoring and treatments when needed.
• Be a friendly presence and respectful companion to residents.
• Maintain residents' privacy and dignity at all times.
