You will need a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, some caregiver experience, and solid documentation and computer skills to track care plans and health records. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily life to ensure they feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Collaborate with team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments as needed.
• Be a compassionate and reliable friend to residents.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity at all times.
