Estia Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our aged care homes across Australia. You’ll help residents with daily life, meals, mobility and activities, while upholding dignity and privacy in a supportive team environment.

We value real empathy, reliable documentation, and solid computer skills to record care details and coordinate with clinicians. Experience in aged care is preferred; certificate III/IV in Aged Care is welcome. Join a community that makes a difference.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected
