Job summary

Estia Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our homes across multiple states. You will help with daily living, meals, mobility, and personal care while supporting residents to stay engaged and respected.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and accurate documentation. A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care and prior care experience are preferred. This role offers a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within a national aged care provider.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Previous caregiver experience or similar role is preferred.
• Solid documentation and basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, ensuring they feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs as part of the care team.
• Encourage residents to stay active physically and socially.
• Monitor health and assist with treatments as directed by nurses or doctors.
• Be a friendly, trustworthy presence and respect residents’ privacy and dignity.
