Estia Health is seeking a dedicated caregiver to enrich the lives of residents across our aged care homes. You’ll support daily life, help keep residents comfortable, nourished, and engaged, and work closely with our team to provide compassionate, person-centred care.

Ideal applicants will hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, have solid documentation and computer skills, and demonstrate clear communication and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives while upholding privacy

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care required.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected
